- 4 slices Of Bread (I like Sourdough and whole-grain bread the best)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper Powder
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- Splash of Lemon Juice
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 small Tomato finely chopped
- 1 nos Green Chilli finely chopped
- Coriander finely chopped (optional)
Prepare the Spread
Remove the pit from your avocado. Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh. Put it in a bowl and mash it up with a fork or a potato masher until it’s as smooth as you like it. Mix in a pinch of salt (about ⅛ teaspoon) and add more to taste, if desired.
